Five common faults of clothing printing machines and their solutions
 

All machines are bound to have faults, as a multi-function DTF printer, must also have some common faults. Now kindly understand the ten common fault causes and solutions of the DTF cloth printing machine. It will save a lot of unnecessary trouble!

1. Ink stopped

Showing: Some nozzles do not come with ink when digital printing is in processing.

Causes: blockage of the nozzle channel, improper setting of the operating voltage of the nozzle, blockage of the ink sac, ink problem, and improper adjustment of negative pressure will cause the ink to stop.

Solution: lower the height of the carriage, so the fan or air conditioner cannot blow directly at the work area, avoid strong airflow in the workplace, change the material, recalibrate the nozzle

2.Poor effect of print pattern

Showing: The picture is blurry, the color overlay is out of place, and ghosting.

Causes: The height of the carriage is improper, the distance between the nozzle and the material is too large, causing inaccurate inkjet placement, strong airflow affects the accuracy of inkjet placement, poor ink absorption capability of the material, and the nozzle is not calibrated.

Solution: lower the height of the trolley, do not blow the fan or air conditioner directly into the work area, avoid strong airflow in the workplace, change the material, and recalibrate the nozzle.

3.The car restoration does not rebound when it is starting.

Showing: After the reset button is clicked when the machine is started. the carriage only moves to the right side, there is no reset, and there is no flash spray, so other operations cannot be operated.

Causes: switch failure, carriage board failure, SCSI line failure, PCI card failure, servo board failure.

Solution: replace the switch, replace the carriage board/SCSI cable/PCI card/servo board.

4.Print garbled characters

Showing: There are irregular sprays on the screen.

Causes: Inkjet data transmission processing error, carriage board failure, data cable loss or failure, fiber failure, PCI card failure, screen processing problems.

Solution: Arrangement of nozzle test individual print head one by one, exclude  the fault printheads, replace the data cable (printer data cable or carriage board data line), replace the carriage board/optical fiber/PCI card, and reload the screen for processing

5.The ink is not normal in the fixed place of the painting

Showing: The picture, grating strip, and fault carriage board.

Causes: change the screen, change the spray position, and test the spray effect of different screens at different positions. If other screens are normal, it proves that there is a problem with the processing of the screen; if there is a problem with ink in all the screens, then check the strip; If the inkjet is abnormal at a certain position after the screen is changed, then check the carriage board.

Solution: Reload the screen for RIP processing, clean or replace the grating strip, and replace the carriage board.
